first things first, the capacitance unit is Farad, and not farret. I'm not sure what you mean by stronger.. but the other capacitor clearly has a larger charge capacity between its plates. Since Q=CV, and the other capacitor has more voltage and larger capacitance, the charge will be greater, and because current is flow of electric charges, you could say it will give a stronger current when passed though a inverter.
