You can figure it out with a little arithmetic; The power consumption of the computer and monitor -and don't forget the power the invertor needs to work- are a sum of watts. That's watts per hour. If you know how many amps the battery has, multiply that times its voltage to calculate how many watts per hour it has. Since you never want to run the battery all the way down, you aren't going to get to use all that, but it will tell you how much you have and if it's enough to run your appliances. The invertor will probably shut off after the battery voltage drops to less than 10 volts. You'll probably get the computer running for a good period, but don't try to run an office that way. Try it out to see how long it will run. I have my doubts about a whole 12 hours. If you've ever left the headlights on after parking the car, that wil give you an idea how limited batteries are. Maybe you can pick up a used laptop to work away from home. You can charge that up with less effort than a marine battery.
